Jack Kevorkian dies

While he was a very controversial person, I do believe that if those people wanted to go on their terms, that's their right, I don't think I have it in me to help anyone commit suicide. As far as whether it's fair how and where he died, he did live up to his nickname of "Dr Death", I don't spend a second of my day thinking or talking about him, to me he's not relevant in my life.

The link above is relevent to my paper because it states the Barack Obama is in much better shape now to be relected than ever. The link is credible because it comes from the NY Times and they are one of the most respectable newspapers in the world.

NFL Lockout

This is a story about the NFL lockout, there is an argument between millionaire players against billionaire owners, and it seems like they don't even think about the fans, who will be the only people hurt if the NFL and the players don't play. I think all of the fans should boycott the NFL this season to send them the message that without the fans, there is no NFL.

Royal Wedding

If i recall correctly, the first entry is supposed to be our point of view about a news story, or stories on the internet, well here's mine.

There has been a ton of stories online, on tv, on the front pages of every paper in the world, probably, about the royal wedding, that's right, I used small letters. This is the United States of America and we don't have a monarchy, and if I recall correctly, we fought for our independence against this same monarchy. It's overkill and I'd much rather watch other stories on my tv, thankfully I have dvds and sports channels.
